Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during this public exhibition. The North Wallarah Peninsula - Northern Sector - Central Precinct Area Plan was endorsed by Council on 26 July 2021 and came into effect on 9 August 2021. You can view the Council report here.

The amended Area Plan provides guidelines for development of the Central Precinct within the North Wallarah Peninsula to ensure housing form considers the North Wallarah planning framework. The design guidelines will provide controls for the proposed 411 residential lots and neighbourhood centre within the Central Precinct.

The amended Area Plan was on exhibition until 7 June, 2021.
