The design looks fantastic! The Windale community desperately needs these facilities as the existing ones are dated and no longer meet the needs of the community. I hope that the external elements of the building are designed and constructed in a way to minimise vandalism and concealment opportunities, with plenty of external lighting. The car park and Shade Lane also require an upgrade as they are in a very poor condition.

Agreed the design is fantastic! and again the Shade lane entrance/car park should look like an entrance rather than a back door. Perhaps a security camera along with the external lighting. Possibly encourage adjoining yards to change the style of fences to something a little more open and upmarket conforming to the new building,s style.

More trees please. Plenty of room for trees around the building. The larger the tree, the better the ecosystem services it can provide.
