Consultation opens

Residents will soon receive a mailout with information about the draft Development Control Plan for the State-listed heritage village of Catherine Hill Bay. It will include an assessment report about your property. We would like to hear from you if there is any additional information you can share about your property or if your report needs to be updated or corrected.

Come along to the public forum to discuss the grading process and the progress of the draft DCP on Saturday 27 July at 2-4pm at the Catherine Hill Bay Surf Club, Flowers Drive, Catherine Hill Bay. RSVP to chb-forum.eventbrite.com.au for catering purposes.
