This consultation has now closed, thank you to everyone who has contributed.
The preparation of a new draft development control plan(DCP) for the State-heritage listed village of Catherine Hill Bay is underway. As part of that process, and to comply with a request by the Heritage Council of NSW, all of the properties in the village have been assessed for their contribution to the heritage significance of Catherine Hill Bay Cultural Precinct.
We have issued a draft grading assessment for each property and would like to know if there are any corrections to the draft grading assessment for your property. In particular, we are keen to learn any additional information on the history of the building or previous development on the lot, including any information or photos that will help to refine the grading for your property.
