Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during this exhibition period. The project team are currently reviewing all feedback received and will prepare a report for publication.
Council is in the initial stages of planning the upgrade of Alkrington Avenue Park. Funding is secured to provide a new local park including footpaths, landscaping, seating and local playground.
We would like your feedback on the preliminary concept master plans that have been developed for the site. These plans take into consideration the site attributes and constraints, other current or planned facilities in the area, in addition to available funding.
A new local playground will provide exciting play opportunities, with a focus on children 2 to 10 years old. Two options for playground equipment are provided for discussion.
Please review the plans and provide your feedback by completing the survey below by Monday 12 April.
There is also an opportunity to share your ideas with the project team at one of two drop-in sessions to be held at the Balmoral Boat Ramp carpark (for further details see key dates).
