Thank you for the question. The cost of preparing a subdivision application and the construction of the roads and infrastructure would be the responsibility of the Buttaba landowner group.
After the landowner meeting with Council this Saturday 10 September, the Buttaba Hills South Action Committee will be convening a discussion with landowners about these matters.
