Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during this consultation. The project team are currently reviewing all feedback and will report back in early 2021.

Like most businesses, we know that our success lies in delivering excellent service to you, our customer.

We're currently reviewing our Customer Charter, which sets out our commitment to you and outlines the service you can expect from us.

The Charter was adopted by the elected Council in 2017, and is now being reviewed to ensure it meets the current needs and expectations of the community.

Your feedback will help us to refresh the Charter prior to it being presented to Council for adoption in 2021.
