Council resolution to commence Planning Proposal and DCP amendment

Council has commenced a planning proposal and DCP amendment for planning changes to facilitiate more infill development in our R3 Medium Density Residential Development zone and are awaiting Gateway Determination from the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment to commence the planning proposal.
