Consultation has concluded

A consistent message we receive is how much walking and cycling is valued by people living and visiting Lake Mac. Even more so during our recent Lake Mac Walks engagement.

We agree and want to ensure we plan better so people can walk more!



Lake Mac Walks aims to:

  • increase connections for people to walk to where they want to go;
  • identify and prioritise these connections, so that what we build is in the best place and used by the most people; and
  • help manage land owned by Council by keeping and developing land in good locations, and disposing of land that does not benefit the wider community.
