Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Night Time Economy Strategy and Action Plan. On the 11 June 2019 Council adopted the Action Plan which demonstrates Council's commitment to local businesses and residents to support a vibrant and safe night-time economy.

Council is committed to creating a local economy that is dynamic, diverse and provides opportunities for residents, visitors, businesses and investors to live, work, play and learn close to home.

In late 2018, we asked you for your ideas and suggestions on how we can create a more vibrant night-time economy in Lake Macquarie City. Using your suggestions, we've developed a night-time economy action plan to help us bring our vision of becoming a vibrant and attractive night-time lifestyle and business destination to life.
