The Lake Mac Libraries Strategic Business Plan 2019-2024 is a comprehensive proposal that outlines Council's role to develop, invigorate and promote Lake Mac Libraries for our community.

The Strategy details short, medium and long-term actions that aim to mitigate decreasing use in traditional library services and outline steps to introduce new and innovative activities.
