What is the purpose of the Windale Area Plan?
A draft Area Plan is being prepared to guide the future development of Windale.
The Area Plan will provide guidelines for development on private land and land owned by the Land and Housing Corporation, and will ultimately form part of Council’s Development Control Plan 2014.
What stage is the Area Plan project up to?
Council is currently undertaking preliminary public consultation to gather community feedback. This feedback is intended to guide the preparation of a Draft Area Plan.
