The report detailing the outcome of the exhibition will be available on Council's website prior to the nominated Council meeting. Those who made a submission will be notified when the report is to be considered by Council.
Ramsgate Estate is a paper subdivision consisting of 70 hectares of undeveloped land, adjoining the existing residential area of Wyee Point.
To guide the subdivision and future development of Ramsgate Estate, two draft planning documents have been placed on public exhibition for community feedback. The documents include:
Feedback received during the exhibition period may result in further changes being made to the draft plans prior to a report being prepared for the Councillors for consideration at the nominated Council meeting.
