We're currentlypreparing a new framework to replacetheFootpath Strategy 2013 and Cycling Strategy 2021. The new framework, Walking and Cycling for Better Streets, will guide Council in planning better walking and cycling experiences.
In the coming months we’ll be seeking your feedback on the draft framework. Recently the NSW Government asked to hear from local communities about how they are using local streets everyday, the places they love, and ideas to improve streets and public spaces. This data will be provided to Council, to inform our new framework and other initiatives.
This concluded recently, however you can still click on the below map to find out more and view ideas suggested around Lake Mac.
