Council authorised the affixing of the Common Seal to the Voluntary Planning Agreement between Council and FTLR Pty Limited on Monday 10 October 2022.

FTLR Pty Limited lodged a development application for the subdivision of land at Wyee Point. The proposed Planning Agreement makes provision for biodiversity offsets in relation to the development of the land.

Exhibition closed Monday 15 August 2022.
