1377 Hue Hue Road, Wyee
Council is inviting submissions on a Planning Proposal for 1377 Hue Hue Road, Wyee, and associated amendments to the Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan (DCP) 2014.
The objective of the proposal is to amend the DCP to facilitate residential development of land neighbouring an existing residential area in west Wyee.
The proposal would permit additional housing close to services and public transport while maintaining environmental conservation outcomes in the southern portion of the site. The land has an area of about 4.5 hectares, with frontage on Hue Hue Road, and could accommodate 40-50 lots with a variety of smaller lot sizes under the small lot housing provisions in the Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014.
Submissions close on 29 May 2024.
