Development Control Plan amendment – Single dwellings on rural and environmental land

At Council's February Standing Committee meeting, Councillors adopted the amendment to the Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan 2014 (LMDCP 2014) to simplify the approval process for dwellings on undersized lots.
