Consultation has concluded for this stage of the 'Next step in Lake Mac's 3-bin waste service' project.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in our surveys. Through our ‘food scraps shift to green bins’ community survey in late 2015 and the 'branding and messaging survey' earlier this year, residents provided some very helpful responses about the type of information needed to support the change. These responses have helped shape a communications strategy for the change in service.
To learn more about how we have used your feedback, please review the summary in the document library.
Thank you for your feedback on the look, feel and wording of the communication options we have created and for letting us know which options you like best. This survey has now closed.
