Supporting our elected Council

Council is committed to open and accountable government and encourages community participation in the business of Council.

From time-to-time this means updating our policies that support the operation of our elected Council. We are seeking feedback on:

• the draft Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities to Councillors Policy which sets out what expenses and facilities are available to Councillors to help them undertake their civic duties.

Feedback may result in further changes prior to a report being presented to Council recommending endorsement.
