Why do we need a night time economy action plan?
A coordinated action plan for experiencing Lake Macquarie City after 5pm will provide a
framework to build upon the existing strengths of the City, address
any weaknesses (either perceived or actual) and develop opportunities
for our City after 5pm. The action plan sets out a joint vision with the
community and actions to achieve that vision.
We remember and respect the Ancestors who cared for and nurtured this Country. It is in their footsteps that we travel these lands and waters. Lake Macquarie City Council acknowledges the Awabakal people and Elders past, present and future.
