Planning Agreement Policy

Council's Planning Agreement Policy was adopted by Council on 27 July 2026.

It establishes a framework to guide the use of planning agreements with Council,ensuringagreements are used lawfully, consistently, transparently and fairly to secure community benefits that support strategic planning outcomes across our city.
