Project background
In January 2024, development consent was granted for this subdivision, including 1,058 residential lots, three lots for future development, one lot for a future school, 16 public/drainage reserves (including two local park sites) and one residue lot.
As a condition of development consent, the developer (Winten) was required to enter into a planning agreement with Council, in accordance with the terms of the offer made by the developer in October 2023.
The planning agreement is on public exhibition until 7 June 2026.
