Our library use

From a very early age my son enjoyed our frequent visits to Belmont library. We enjoyed the read and rhyme storytimes with the passionate staff in the spacious children's section. The clean facilities and parking made this a comfortable outing. As he grew and our needs changed we arranged our school holiday activities to utilise the wonderful ones offered by the Libraries. After moving our local Library is now Edgeworth, our visits are restricted due to the lack of facilities including parking. I frequently pick up titles we have ordered in on my way to work, unfortunately this is usually around the same time as school comes out. I would love to see it relocated to a large building to include toilets and a meeting area. My son is now approaching the possibility of making the trip on his own. I would like him to have ease of access and the availability of services similar to those now available at the Cardiff Branch. We have enjoyed special trips to Cardiff for activities and browsing.
