Ramsgate Estate, Wyee Point Area Plan
Consultation has concluded.
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. The draft Ramsgate Estate, Wyee Point Area Plan and Planning Proposal were adopted by Council on the 25 July 2022
The Council report detailing the outcome of the exhibition is available on Council's website.
Council will now proceed to finalise the Draft Local Environmental Plan and DCP Area Plan. The Area Plan will become effective on the date the draft LEP becomes effective via notification on the NSW Legislation website.
Ramsgate Estate is a paper subdivision consisting of 70 hectares of undeveloped land, adjoining the existing residential area of Wyee Point. To guide the subdivision and future development of Ramsgate Estate, the draft Ramsgate Estate, Wyee Point Area Plan and Planning Proposal were placed on public exhibition for community feedback.
Exhibition closed 27 February 2022.
